Nigerian Police Officer Takes A Ride on A Bus' Bumper

The hardship Nigerians are enduring because of fuel scarcity is very obvious, with over 250 naira per litre,  it has led to epic hikes in the cost of goods in the market and transportation. More disturbing however is this picture of a police officer on a bus bumper, probably taking a ride as a result of the fuel-less situation. Its either he has no money for fuel, or is saving it for his return trip. Either ways, it is undignifying to the Nigerian Police Force and the entire Country.
